Hi, I am Betty Winn, the owner and main instructor of Winn Schoo of Real Estate, LLC. I started my real estate career in 1986 as a salesperson, got my real estate broker’s license in 1989 and have owned my own real estate company since 1993.
I started teaching real estate pre-licensing at Yavapai College in 2004 and started my school in May of 2010. I have been in various locations but I am escpecailly excited about my business relationship with Wingspace.

Cynthia Yannitelli
Certified Instructor
began her real estate career in 1988 and started managing brokerages in 2000. She became a certified instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate in 2007.
Her favorite part of this business is meeting with new licensees and coaching them to Success!
Cynthia is now with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate, Bloomtree Realty as an associate broker. Winn School of Real Estate could not be happier to have such an experienced real estate professional on their team of instructors.

A native Californian she relocated several times with her husband and 2 daughters, ending up in Arizona in 2005. Those experiences attracted her to corporate relocation, so she got her Real Estate License in 2001 hoping to service others in this overwhelming process.
Cindy has a proven track record of successful transactions as a real estate professional and has worked in the capacity of a Designated Broker for the past 5 years.
Passionate about helping others, coaching/education is a natural fit to share her experiences and support individuals with business development and lead them on a path to successin their real estate careers.
William O'Leary
Certified Instructor
is the founding partner of O’Leary Eaton, PLLC. Mr. O’Leary attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, and graduateral District Court of Arizona.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business ed in 1993. He is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Arizona and also admitted in the FedAdministration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona is 1987.

$639.20 for the required 90-hour course. This is a package that includes the review cramer and the 6 hour contract writing course. It also includes your book.
State Testing is $75 Finger Print Clearance Card $74 License Activation Fee is $50 (plus $10 for RE Recovery Fund)
The course is 90-hours. Students taking the online course work at their own pace.
Then the students have to take and pass mthe final exam with a score of 75% or better before receiving their certificate to take the State exam.

Yes. You must hang your license with a brokerage. And if they are part of the Realtor Association you must also join the association.
A licensee must be a salesperson for three out of the last five years before taking the broker licensing course to become a broker or associate broker.
Yes, many of the big real estate houses like Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bloom Tree Realty, West USA of Prescott, Coldwell BAnker and Keller Williams Northern Arizona are always looking for new agents.
Check your local real estate association as the charges and fees vary with each area. You will spend roughly $2,000 in school, licensing and membership fees.
That depends on which brokerage you hang your license. Some have very structured training programs and some you learn on the fly.
There are continuing opportunities for education.
ADRE requires that every salesperson get 24 hours and brokers must get 30 hours before they renew their licenses every 2 years. You can find the continuing education packages under the Real Estate Education tab.
