Arizona Real Estate License Continuing Education

We offer a large variety of the most-up-to-date and relevant topics to keep you current about Arizona real estate. Meet your 24 hour salesperson or 30 hour broker renewal requirements below by choosing from classroom or online courses.

Arizona Real Estate Salesperson – Total 24 Hours Required:

  • 3 hours Agency (A)
  • 3 hours Commissioner’s Standards (CS)
  • 3 hours Contract Law (CL)
  • 3 hours Disclosure (D)
  • 3 hours Fair Housing (FH)
  • 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues (L)
  • 6 hours General (must include 3 one hour classes or one 3 hour class covering Fire, Water & Fraud)

Arizona Real Estate Broker – Total 30 Hours Required:

  • 3 hours Agency (A)
  • 3 hours Contract Law (CL)
  • 3 hours Disclosure (D)
  • 3 hours Fair Housing (FH)
  • 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues (L)
  • 6 hours General (G) (must include 3 one hour classes or one 3 hour class covering Fire, Water & Fraud)
  • 9 hours Broker Management Clinic (CS)
  • Note: 30 hours only needed for Designated, Self-Employed, and Designated Associate Brokers.

Renewal Date:

License Date every two years (or during the grace period if you’re renewing late).

Original salesperson’s and original broker’s licenses are issues for two (2) years. Continuing Education (CE) courses must be completed and uploaded at www.azre.gov every two years to renew a real estate license. Licensees in their grace period may NOT preform any real estate activities until their license is renewed and activated.

Completion Information:

Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a score of 80% or higher and may be taken as many times as necessary in order to achieve a passing score.
